Ilmoo is software for a written internal channel. The organisation remains responsible for its own statutory duties. No invented customer stories.
The first month is free and needs no card. Creating an account opens the reporting channel straight away for 30 days. After that the plan is €19.90/mo, unlimited users, in euros excluding VAT. Stripe Tax adds VAT at checkout. The channel stays open once you subscribe through Stripe. If you subscribe more than two days before the free month ends, the first charge is made only when it ends.

Deadlines
The 7-day acknowledgement and 3-month feedback clocks are visible in case handling. Meeting those deadlines is the organisation’s legal duty.

Cases and audit log
Case workflow, two-way messaging via a report code, and an audit log. Entries are not edited or deleted in the product.

The price is €19.90/mo. There are no extra seat tiers. The first month is free and needs no card. After that the channel stays open once Stripe has confirmed the subscription.

Also for general feedback (optional)
Turn it on in settings, and the same channel also takes staff and customer feedback, ideas and wellbeing concerns. Feedback is marked with its own categories, apart from whistleblowing reports, and has no statutory deadlines.

Ilmoo is a written form. It is not a phone line and it does not book meetings. Oral reporting is not an extra duty on top of a written channel. If the organisation publishes its own instructions, they appear once the channel is identified.
