What the plan includes

A web form with anonymous or named reports according to the organisation’s rules. Ilmoo is not a phone line and does not book meetings.

The 7-day acknowledgement and 3-month feedback clocks are visible in case handling. Meeting those deadlines is the organisation’s legal duty.

Case workflow, two-way messaging via a report code, and an audit log. Entries are not edited or deleted in the product.

The price is €19.90/mo. There are no extra seat tiers. Access opens only after Stripe confirms the subscription by webhook.

Oral reporting and a meeting on request remain the organisation’s duty, not a phone or booking feature of Ilmoo.
